Hotze Pharmacy was established in 2001 and is PCAB (Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board) certified. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) is the process of restoring the naturally occurring hormones in the body with bioidentical hormones.

Duties:•Create and nurture business relationships with healthcare partners and customers
•Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
•Set up and execute appointments with healthcare professionals
•Organize and execute sales presentations
•Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and create reports when needed
•Keep current with clinical data and present this data to health care professionals
•Keep informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area
•Keep current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity
•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments
Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree, preferred
•Experience in compounding pharmacy sales, medical equipment, or healthcare product sales, preferred
•Proven ability to promote and sell products and services
•Knowledge of compound medication, bio identical hormones a plus
